Apple jam "Five minutes"
The most delicious and flavorful jam comes from Antonovka and Golden apples, but other apple varieties will work too. The key is to make them firm and tart. Jam can be made from any variety of fruit, as long as the apple to sugar ratio is maintained at 3:1.

Wash and peel the apples, chop them, and place them in the pan you'll be cooking them in. Add the sugar and stir gently to distribute it evenly.
Let the jam sit for about 24 hours to allow the apples to release their juices. This step is necessary if you plan to make the jam on the stovetop rather than in a slow cooker or bread machine. Stir occasionally to ensure the apples are evenly coated and infused with the juices.
Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pieces floating on the surface are brought to the bottom and coated with juice.
The "Five-Minute" apple jam is ready. Pour it hot into pre-sterilized jars, ensuring the apples and syrup are evenly distributed. Seal with a boiled lid, turn it over to check for a leak, wrap it up, and let it cool completely.
