This recipe requires 250 ml of plant-based milk. You can use coconut, oat, or almond milk. These ingredients are not cheap, so let's make our own oat milk.
Pour water over the oatmeal. Blend the mixture until the oatmeal is completely ground.
Strain the mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth to remove any oatmeal husks and crumbs from the milk.
Pour milk into a saucepan and heat to 80 degrees.
Remove from heat and add chocolate to the milk. Stir until chocolate melts.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly. To make the dough smoother and avoid lumps, sift the mixture through a sieve.
Pour the milk-chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients in a thin stream, constantly mixing. The dough should be glossy and runny.
Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil. Pour in the chocolate batter. Bake in the oven at 170°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely so that the dough sets and becomes denser.
Cut the cake into squares and serve. Enjoy!

How to replace sugar in a recipe
Vegetarianism and veganism have many nuances that are often understood only by true opponents of the consumption of animal products.
Who would have thought, but sugar is one of such products.
It's true that sugar is made from beets, a vegetable and a completely plant-based product. But did you know that to obtain white refined sugar, it's filtered through a filter made from cow bones? This is why, for ethical reasons, strict vegans abstain from sugar.
How to Serve Brownie Dessert
The classic American brownie is baked as a single crust. This contributes to its high density and richness. That's why it's sometimes called a cupcake, a cake, or a pastry.
After the dough has cooled completely and is firm, it's cut into serving pieces, most often into squares. These small cakes, suitable for cutting or handling, are served.
