Warm the milk. Pour it into the multicooker bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Add dry yeast. Stir.
Add two heaping ladles of flour to the milk. Mix into a thick dough. Let it rise in a slow cooker at 35-40 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
Beat the eggs, gradually adding sugar. Add vanilla and salt.
Melt the butter in the microwave or over a double boiler. Pour it into the egg-sugar mixture.
Add dried fruits to the resulting mass.
Add the mixed mixture with dried fruits to the dough that has risen in the multicooker.
Add flour little by little, kneading the dough.
Add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. Knead the dough in the multicooker bowl. Let the dough rise for an hour and a half.
Once the dough has risen, knead it again with vegetable oil. Scrape any excess dough from the sides of the bowl.
Select the "Multicooker" mode on the multicooker. Set the baking temperature to 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). Let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes on the "Bake" setting. Depending on your multicooker, the baked goods may take up to 2 hours. As always, check for doneness with a wooden skewer or match. Enjoy!
