How ginger is beneficial for humans
Ginger root has been cultivated for over 5,000 years and is now used not only in cooking but also in medicine and cosmetology. Over this period, its beneficial properties have been repeatedly proven.
First of all, ginger boosts immunity. It is recommended to consume it during periods when the human immune system is most vulnerable: autumn, winter, and early spring.
Some of ginger's most well-known properties include its ability to boost metabolism, lower blood sugar levels, and improve circulation. It also has antiemetic properties and helps fight bacteria.
This lemon and ginger drink is invigorating and energizing. Not everyone will appreciate the distinctive flavor of this lemonade, but it's just the thing for hot weather!
