Apple and banana jam
This banana-apple jam is delicious and aromatic. Both adults and even the pickiest child will love this wonderful treat. The recipe calls for heavy cream brought to a boil, but you can substitute it with condensed milk or powdered milk.

Place the peeled and diced apples in a large bowl and cover with water. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Grind the apples in a blender and add chopped bananas.
Stir and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil, about 5 minutes. Add more sugar to taste if desired, but the fruit will already add some sweetness if the apples aren't tart.
Grind all the pieces with an immersion blender until you get a homogeneous puree.
Pour the apple-banana jam into jars and microwave on medium power for 3 minutes. Microwave for a little longer, checking for a simmer at the bottom of the jar. Boil the lids in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
The apple and banana jam is ready. Close the jar and store in the refrigerator.
