Apple jam with orange and lemon
Citrus fruits perfectly complement any fruit flavor in desserts. Using apple as a jam base allows you to fully appreciate its flavor and bring out the exotic and refreshing aroma of lemon and orange. This jam can be used in any sandwiches and baked goods.

Grate the apples, peeling and coring, using a medium grater. Grate the orange and lemon zest using a fine grater. Quarter the citrus fruits and scoop out the pulp, which we then shred into random pieces. Place everything in a large, rimmed bowl.
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and free of any inclusions. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Heat over low heat until it boils. Add citric acid, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 30 minutes until thickened. Stir frequently and skim off any foam that forms.
Wash the jars with dishwashing liquid, fill with water, and heat at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Simply pour boiling water over the lids and leave until the water cools. Then, distribute the apple, orange, and lemon jam among the jars and seal.
