Apple jam with chokeberries, tangerines and walnuts
Adding chokeberries to apple jam will change its color, making it redder. The mandarin will impart its unique aroma and vitamins. The apple slices will be dense and soft, like marmalade, giving the jam a special sophistication.

Water400 ml
Halve the apples, remove the cores and stems, and slice. Peel the tangerines, dice them, and add them to the pan along with the apples. Add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar per serving, based on the total amount, stir, and let steep for 15 minutes.
Mix 1.5 kg of sugar with water per serving and heat over the fire, then cook for about 3 minutes.
Pour the hot syrup into the fruit, stir, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Then reduce the heat to low and cook for about 1 hour.
Add coarsely chopped walnuts to the resulting jam and cook for another 20 minutes.
The apple jam with chokeberries and nuts is ready. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Wrap, cool to room temperature, and store in the pantry.
