We peel the washed and dried apples, cut out the core and cut them into cubes.
Place the apples in the multicooker bowl, cover with sugar and add cinnamon.
Turn on the "Cook" mode and cook for 1 hour. Stir only at the beginning and end.
Mix well and transfer the jam to a sterilized jar. Seal and let cool completely.
The apple cinnamon jam is ready. It's not meant to be stored for long periods of time. Therefore, it's best to refrigerate the jar and try to eat it within two weeks of making it.
