Preparation

Step 1

We prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

Pour a third of the sugar into a hot, dry frying pan and stir.

When the sugar has melted, add the second third of the sugar and heat, stirring constantly.

When the sugar has melted again, add the rest of it.

When the caramel is ready, add butter.

Simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
