Apples in honey for the winter
The unique feature of this preparation is that the apple jam turns out crispy, like candied fruit. The preparation method for the dessert varies accordingly. To achieve this effect, the pieces are first soaked in syrup and then dried with powdered sugar.

Pour water and sugar into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into pieces, removing the cores.
Immediately measure out the honey into a separate bowl and add the cinnamon stick. Just make sure the bowl is large enough to accommodate all the ingredients later.
Once the syrup boils, do not stir, but only shake the ladle to settle it.
Add apples and mix well so that the syrup is evenly distributed.
Transfer the resulting mixture to the bowl with honey and stir again. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Place the apples without the sweet mixture on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Mix and distribute evenly over the entire mat.
Dry in an oven preheated to 90°C for 2 hours. Be sure to remove the baking sheet after 1 hour and stir.
Combine apple jam with honey and sugar syrup and mix well.
