Preparation

Step 1

We prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and grate on a fine grater.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat lightly.

Add sugar and vanilla to the eggs and beat until smooth.

Add sour cream to the resulting mixture.
