Frozen blackberries with sugar, whole
The beauty of freezing blackberries is that you can immediately make jam without cooking them, as well as whole berries. The former can be used for layering cakes and filling desserts, while the latter can be used for decoration or in a fruit and berry platter.

Sort the blackberries. Remove any debris and spoiled berries. Place some of the blackberries in a deep saucepan and blend until smooth.
Add sugar and continue whisking until it is completely dissolved.
We get jam without cooking, in which we will freeze the berries.
Place a layer of blackberries on the bottom of the container.
Pour the jam over the berries until it almost completely covers them. Then add another layer of blackberries.
We close the containers and put them in the freezer overnight to freeze completely.
