Frozen sugar-free cherry puree
Cherry is a wonderful flavoring for fruit, berry, and chocolate desserts. Its vibrant flavor works well alone, and when combined with other flavorings, it becomes even more interesting. So, cherry puree definitely won't sit on the freezer shelf for long.

We remove the pits from the washed cherries and pour them into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
Grind with an immersion blender until a homogeneous puree is obtained.
Place over high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for 30 minutes until thickened. Do not stir unless you are sure nothing is sticking to the bottom.
Rub the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove large, poorly ground pulp and make the mixture more homogeneous.
Place the bag into a measuring cup or any convenient container and distribute the puree into it, taking into account the weight.
Place the vacuum bags on a flat surface and spread the puree with your palms to eliminate any air pockets. Close the zippers and add the cherries to freeze overnight.
