Frozen blueberry juice
Blueberries can also be frozen whole. The juice makes a ready-to-eat treat, reminiscent of a soft sorbet. The sweet blueberry pulp can also be added as a coloring or flavoring to any berry dessert. When frozen on its own, blueberry juice makes an excellent filling.

Place the washed and sorted blueberries directly into a blender. Add sugar and salt, and pour in the water.
Beat until smooth.
Place a sieve over a wide bowl and pour the blueberry puree into it. Stir with a spatula to separate the pulp from the juice.
We cover the sieve with gauze and filter one more time.
We squeeze out the remaining juice from the gauze well, so that we can get every last drop of the valuable liquid.
We get perfect blueberry juice that doesn't require sterilization. It will contain a minimal amount of pulp. The frozen mixture will also be seedless.
We distribute it into disposable bags. You can order these from AliExpress. Or we pour it into glasses, cover with cling film, and leave it in the freezer for 24 hours to ensure the blueberry juice freezes thoroughly.
