Ingredients
- Carbonated water "Tarragon" - 350 ml
- Water - 200 ml
- Zest of one lemon
- Lemon juice - 90 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Fresh mint leaves - 10 g
- Instant gelatin - 1 tbsp.
Cooking time: 5-6 hours

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1
Pour sugar into a saucepan.

Add lemon zest.

Pour in the water. Place over high heat and, stirring, bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the syrup. Cover the container and let it steep for 30-40 minutes.

Strain, removing the mint leaves and zest from the liquid.

Pour the syrup back into the saucepan and heat.

Add gelatin and stir. Remove from heat.

Add lemon juice and tarragon. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spatula or spoon.

- Lemon - 6 pcs.
- Water - 500 ml
- Powdered sugar - 350 g
- Egg white - 1 pc.
- Vodka (optional) - 100 ml

We peel the lemon.

Squeeze out the lemon juice and strain it through a sieve.

Add water to lemon juice.

Add sugar. Mix well. Heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

Lemon and honey sorbet
I offer another simple, easy-to-follow, and quick recipe for lemon sherbet. It's made with just three ingredients, no sugar, and no ice cream maker. This makes this sherbet even healthier and more affordable.
Ingredients
- Lemon - 3 pcs.
- Water - 200 ml
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
Cooking time: 4-5 hours

Step 1
Peel the lemons and cut into large pieces. Place in a blender. Puree. Strain.
Step 2
Add honey and water to the lemon juice. Heat until the honey dissolves.
Step 3
We strain the mass through a sieve.

Pour into ice cube trays and freeze for 3-4 hours until completely set.

Transfer the set sorbet to a blender and blend.
