- Cream (30-35%) – 1 glass.
- Hot water – 1 spoon.
For the glaze
- Dark chocolate - half a bar.
- Sugar – 20 grams.
- Cream - half a glass.
- Hot water – 1 spoon.
Preparing dessert
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Dissolve coffee in warm water.
- Cut the butter into cubes and break one and a half bars of dark chocolate into pieces. Add these ingredients to the coffee solution.
- Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, half a glass of sugar.
- Beat the eggs with sour cream and the remaining sugar.
- Mix the eggs, beaten with sour cream, with the chocolate and coffee mixture. Gradually add the flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 90 minutes.
- We take out the finished cake and let it cool.
- Prepare the cream. Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it with the cream over low heat, adding 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour, then beat well.
- Let's make the glaze: melt all the ingredients needed for it over low heat, add a spoonful of boiling water.
- Remove the cooled cake base from the pan and carefully cut it into three layers.
- Place the cake layers on top of each other, spreading them generously with cream. Drizzle with glaze on top.
