Making your own pasta

Here's how to make Nutella at home. The main ingredients you'll need are:
- milk - 300 ml;
- flour, two tablespoons;
- cocoa - two tablespoons;
- granulated sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- butter - 50 g;
- walnuts – half a glass (chopped);
- chicken egg;
- vanillin - 1-2 g.
Nutella is quite simple to make. Each ingredient is added one at a time. Beat the egg, then whisk in the flour in a thin stream, followed by the sugar and cocoa. Pour the milk over everything and mix thoroughly again. At home, the cream can be made using whatever ingredients are on hand. You can use any nuts you like, and the amounts of butter and sugar can also be adjusted to suit your taste preferences.
Place the resulting mixture over low heat, stirring constantly. After 5-10 minutes of cooking, add the butter and ground nuts. Mix everything again and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the paste is fully cooked.
Nutella cake is a great treat
The recipe for the paste may vary in the ingredients, quantities, and volume. For filling, it's best to make an excess of the cream. Homemade Nutella is delicious and, most importantly, economical. To complete the experience, you can use our paste as a cake filling.
Cake layers come in a variety of variations. Nutella cakes can be made with shortcrust pastry, ready-made wafer sheets, or puff pastry. The photo shows that the resulting dish will be very similar to the familiar Prague cake or the well-known Napoleon cake. The simplest option is to use ready-made wafer sheets, which simply need to be spread with cream. Either way, the result is a delicious dessert whose flavor will leave no one indifferent.
This homemade cake recipe is the simplest. The finished cream is best used immediately after preparation, when it's still warm and not set. This way, the paste will better soak into the layers, giving the cake the necessary moisture and density. The more cream, the better. Any leftover cream can be transferred to a separate container and stored in the refrigerator. This treat will later be a delicious addition to breakfast.
Generously coat each cake layer with cream and stack them on top of each other. Each cook uses their own recipe when preparing this dish. The shape of the dessert is completely customizable, as is the number of layers used. For decoration, you can use coconut flakes, chopped almonds or walnuts, or sliced tropical fruit.
Bon appetit!
