Blackberry and blueberry cake

Have you ever tried making a homemade birthday cake, something sophisticated and special? This dessert is easy to make, and using berries and chocolate for decoration guarantees a stunning result.
Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2 sponge cakes, each 20 cm in diameter
For the filling:
- 400 ml fresh cream
- 300 g mascarpone
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 1 vanilla pod
- 130 g powdered sugar
For decoration:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 50 g blackberries
- 50 g blueberries
- fresh rosemary
- corrugated dark chocolate
Recipe
Mix cream, mascarpone, cottage cheese, vanilla seeds and powdered sugar.
Beat with a mixer until the mixture becomes thick and foamy.
You can soften the sponge cake and add flavor with fruit juice. Use a pastry brush to apply a small amount of juice before spreading the filling.
Spread 2/3 of the filling on the first biscuit layer.
Cover with the second cake layer and press lightly.
Using a spatula, spread the remaining cream over the entire surface of the cake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Heat 100g of cream. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes to thicken slightly.
Drizzle the ganache little by little along the edge of the cake. Let the drops run down the sides, decorating the entire edge in this manner.
Use blackberries, blueberries, dark chocolate cubes, and rosemary sprigs to create the crown, as pictured. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
