Preparation
Mix melted butter and sugar in a container until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add eggs to the resulting mixture and continue mixing.
Using a grater, grate the pumpkin and apple pulp into a separate bowl. Add the grated ingredients to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Add cinnamon, flour and baking powder to the container.
Mix the dough until it becomes thick.
Pour the resulting dough into a greased and floured baking pan.
Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick. The dish is ready!

Preparation
Sift flour and baking powder into a deep bowl, then add salt and sugar. Mix all ingredients.
Using a grater, grate the butter into the resulting mixture.
Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands.
Grate the apples and pumpkin into a separate bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and vanilla and mix everything together.
Grease a baking pan with butter. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the pan and smooth it out with a spoon.
Spread the grated filling onto the dough and smooth it out over the entire pan.
Pour the remaining dough on top of the filling and level the surface.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the pie until golden brown (approximately 45-50 minutes). It's ready!

Preparation
In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix the flour with sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla.
Add butter to the mixture and mix the ingredients with your hands until loose.
Pour the egg and sour cream into the container and then mix thoroughly.
Knead the prepared mixture with your hands until it reaches the consistency of soft dough.
Separate a third of the dough and roll it into balls for quick cooling.
Place the dough balls in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Transfer the remaining dough to a greased baking pan and smooth it out. To make it easier to pour the filling, create small ridges around the sides.
In a separate container, thoroughly mix the cottage cheese, 70 grams of sugar, starch, vanillin and egg.
Take another deep bowl and grate the pumpkin pulp, orange zest, 25 grams of sugar, and starch into it. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
Transfer ⅔ of the curd filling to the baking dish, spreading the mixture around the dough in a circle along the edges.
Now take 2/3 of the pumpkin filling and spread it on the dough, creating a second inner circle. Press each circle into a tight circle.
Fill the new circle with the remaining curd mixture, and place the remaining pumpkin mixture in the center of the pie.
We take the balls out of the freezer and spread them on top of our pie.
Spread the shavings over the dough in an even layer.
Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Baking time is approximately 45–55 minutes.
The dish is ready!

Break the eggs into a separate container and beat them with a mixer.

Preparation
Finely grate the pumpkin pulp into a deep container.
Pour the kefir on top, add the semolina, baking powder, 100 grams of sugar, and grated lemon zest. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Place the resulting mixture into a baking dish, smoothing the surface. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Pour the remaining sugar into a saucepan, add water and lemon juice, previously squeezed from the remaining lemon.
Place the pan on the fire and boil the liquid for 3 minutes.
We take the pie out of the oven and pour the lemon liquid from the pan over it.
Let the juices soak into the pie. The dish is ready!
