This slow cooker banana cake is a versatile dessert option. It's perfect for both dinner and breakfast.

To make this treat you will need:

  • 150 g butter;
  • 1 multi-cup of sugar;
  • 260 g premium flour;
  • ½ packet of baking powder;
  • a couple of bananas;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 2 eggs;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • vanillin.

Cooking technology:

  1. Peel the bananas. Blend them until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk, and pre-melted butter to this puree. Beat everything with a mixer.
  3. And the final touch: stir flour, baking powder, and salt into the resulting mixture. The dough formation process is complete.
  4. Grease a baking pan with butter and pour the banana batter into it. Bake the cake, of course, on the "Bake" setting. Set the timer for 80 minutes. You can check if the cake is done the old-fashioned way: stick a match in it (it should come out dry).
  5. The finished cake should be left in the pan until completely cooled – this will prevent it from falling apart when removed. You can finish the dessert with powdered sugar. Quick, delicious, and flavorful!

Banana and cream cake made in a slow cooker is very, very tasty and healthy.

This recipe is truly two-in-one. Bananas are everywhere: in the batter and in the cream.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • only 2 of each - banana, egg, glass of flour;
  • 70 g butter;
  • 1 multi-cup of sugar;
  • ¼ cup milk;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • ½ packet of baking powder.

In cream:

  • 1 banana;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 1 multi-cup of sugar;
  • lemon juice – 3 tablespoons;
  • 3 eggs.

Let's begin the process of making the dessert:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, and blended bananas. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Transfer the dough to a greased pan and bake in a multicooker for 65 minutes on the "Bake" setting. Wait for the "ready" signal and until the cake has cooled completely.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the melted butter, lemon juice, and banana puree (made in a blender). Cook the cream mixture over low heat until thickened. Cool.
  4. By this time, the dessert base, which has cooled down, is cut into 2 layers and generously coated with banana cream.

The result is a real cupcake cake - an unusual, very tender and aromatic treat, simply delicious!
