Fruit pastries are one of everyone's favorite desserts. They're low in calories yet incredibly delicious, and they always look festive and appetizing. Apple pie in a Polaris multicooker is a wonderful solution for tea drinking at home.

Pies and multicookers

Apples are the oldest fruit known to man. And one of the most beloved. Who first came up with the idea of baking these wonderful fruits in dough is unknown, but we owe them a huge thank you.

Ovens and stoves used to be used for baking, but they have now been replaced by modern kitchen appliances—multicookers—manufactured by many global companies, including European Philips, Japanese Panasonic, and American Redmond. What all these smart appliances share is versatility, reliability, and ease of use.

Of course, there are some differences:

  • Philips has a bowl that holds 4 liters;
  • Panasonic - 4.5 liters;
  • Redmond can provide the most significant volume – as much as 6 liters.

Panasonic has taken care of those who often have to carry appliances – its multicookers are equipped with convenient handles.

Regardless of which electric chef you choose, working with them will be very fruitful. All you need is to stock up on the necessary ingredients and set the correct operating mode.

A tried and true classic

Pie in a slow cooker - you can also make a charlotte.

Of course, the most popular and beloved apple pie is the Charlotte. Fluffy sponge cake and aromatic apples are the perfect combination. This delicious treat is very easy to prepare in a Polaris multicooker. A Panasonic, however, will do the job just as well, and Redmond won't let you down either.

We take:

  • 4 apples and 4 eggs;
  • sugar and flour - 1 cup each;
  • vanilla and, of course, cinnamon – it goes perfectly with apples.

Let's spend 15 minutes preparing the base:

  1. Cut the apples into slices, sticks, cubes – as you wish.
  2. Carefully beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar.
  3. Add flour and mix everything – the dough is ready.
  4. Grease the sides of the bowl with oil, pour the dough into it, add the apples and season everything with cinnamon.

The preparation is complete. All that's left is to select the "Bake" program and set the baking time to 1 hour. Once baking is complete, keep the finished pie in the "Keep Warm" mode for another 15 minutes. That's it: it's time to put the kettle on and invite the family to the table!

Puff pastry pie in a slow cooker

This delicate pie is even easier to make than a charlotte. All you need to do is buy a package of ready-made puff pastry in advance.

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry – 2 layers;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 4 apples;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 50 g of water;
  • vanilla sugar - packet.

First, boil the water, sugar, and vanilla extract into a syrup (until it darkens slightly). Roll out the thawed dough and cut out two circles to fit the bowl.

Grease a slow cooker with oil. Place a layer of sliced apples on the bottom and pour half of the syrup with the oil dissolved in it over them.

Place a circle of dough on top of the apples and press lightly. Place the remaining apples on top and pour the syrup over them. Cover the structure with a second circle of dough, pressing it lightly again.

Now all that's left to do is set your Polaris (or Panasonic) to the "Bake" program for 50 minutes. Enjoy your tea!
