  • coconut flakes - 200 g;
  • cream, fat content 20-30%, not less than 200 ml;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • granulated sugar - 50 g;
  • three bars of chocolate.

When choosing chocolate, whether dark or milk, personal taste preferences are usually the deciding factor. For Bounty, 300g of milk chocolate is a better choice. When using dark chocolate, you should increase the sugar content.

The preparation process is absolutely simple. Pour the cream into a separate container and heat until almost boiling, but do not let it boil. Add the butter and sugar to the cream and stir thoroughly until they are completely dissolved. When preparing sweets at home, it's important to be present and supervise the entire process.

Add the coconut flakes to the hot mixture, stirring constantly. This process takes about 5-10 minutes, after which the finished coconut mixture is placed on a sheet of parchment paper to cool. Then, transfer the filling to the freezer.

After 30-40 minutes, you can begin shaping the bars. Our Bounty bars will be exactly the shape we create, and here our imagination can run wild. Once again, we'll refrigerate this future heavenly delight.

Now it's time for the chocolate glaze. Melt the chocolate bars in a double boiler and dip the bars one by one into the chocolate mixture. You can use toothpicks to easily coat the bars on all sides. Place the finished Bounty candies on parchment paper and return them to the freezer.
