A refreshing summer ice cream. Serve garnished with berries or grated chocolate.
The ice cream turns out quite sweet. If you plan to use syrup or chocolate topping, I recommend reducing the amount of condensed milk.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 250 g cream 33–35%
  • 150 g condensed milk
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 20 g mint

Recipe

Chop the mint.

Pour milk over the mint, put on the fire, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Let it brew for 1 hour.

Strain.

Whip the cream together with the mint milk.

Add condensed milk, beat thoroughly until smooth.

Pour into molds.
Place in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
