You will need (for 3-4 servings)

  • Vegetable confectionery cream (26%) – 400 ml.
  • Powdered sugar - 1.5 - 2 tablespoons.

Preparing dessert

Place powdered sugar in a mixing glass.

Beat the mixture with a blender using the whisk attachment for 5 minutes. The mixture will increase in size by 2.5 to 3 times. Take this into account when choosing a glass.
