Cottage cheese and cream dessert with apricots

Making this apricot-based cottage cheese dessert is quick, simple, and easy. This no-bake dessert requires ingredients you can easily find in your home.
Ingredients
- homemade cottage cheese – 300 g;
- cream – 100 g;
- sugar - st.;
- apricots – 4-5 pcs.;
- cookies with baked milk – 200 g.
Preparing dessert
1. Before you begin making the curd dessert, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Wash the apricots thoroughly, remove the pits, cut into thin slices, and grind the cookies in a blender.
Tip! Cottage cheese pairs well with fruits and berries. So, you can make this healthy and delicious cottage cheese dessert any time of year: in summer, with apricots, peaches, raspberries, and strawberries, and in winter, with bananas and kiwi.
2. Using a mixer, beat the cottage cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the cream and beat again. If you don't have cream in the fridge, you can substitute sour cream or yogurt.
