Pour 300 ml of milk (natural low-fat or vegetable milk with your favorite flavor) into a deep bowl.
Add 60 grams of whey protein and sweetener to taste (erythritol or stevia).
Add 0.5 teaspoon of xanthan gum to the mixture.
Beat the mixture with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
