"Black Prince" is a cake soaked in condensed milk.
Content
Chocolate desserts are especially good at satisfying sweet cravings. And if you're craving something really sweet, combine chocolate with condensed milk. This particular version is the Black Prince cake with condensed milk. Another advantage of this dessert is that it is simple and quick to prepare.
By the way, do you know why this cake is called that? It's not just because of the color. After all, if you think about it that way, all chocolate-covered pastries could be called that. The recipe for this dessert is associated with the German state of Black Forest, and its alternative name is Black Forest Cake. It's also known as Black Forest Cake. Indeed, there is a forest in the Black Forest with that name; I think it's even a protected area.
Condensed milk for the "prince"
To prepare it we need: 0.5 cans of condensed milk, 250 ml of kefir, 1 egg, 250 g of sugar, half a teaspoon of soda, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 packet of vanillin, 500 g of flour, 500 g of cocoa.
For the cream: 0.5 can of condensed milk, 200 g butter, 2 tablespoons cocoa.
The Black Prince becomes such thanks to the glaze: 50g butter, 100g sugar.
Cooking process
Prepare the dough
Pour the condensed milk into a deep bowl, then add the egg, kefir, and sugar. Mix well and then add the baking soda (slaked with vinegar), then the vanilla and cinnamon. Beat the mixture with a mixer, then add the flour and beat again. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter. Then add the cocoa powder and beat again with a mixer. Form two layers and bake for about 25-35 minutes.
Preparing the cream
Again, start by pouring the condensed milk into a deep bowl, adding 200g of melted butter, and creaming the butter with the condensed milk. Then add the cocoa powder and beat thoroughly with a mixer. The cream is ready!
Dessert icing
Let's prepare the glaze, which gives the Black Prince cake its name. Pour milk into a saucepan, then the butter, cut into pieces, sugar, and cocoa. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has melted.
Assembling the sponge cake
Spread the sponge cake with cream, place the top layer on top, and generously drizzle the Black Prince cake with chocolate glaze. Our prince is ready!
Bon appetit!
